At ETHNC UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like jewelry and intimates are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Securely place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all ETHNC UK tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point; please keep your postage receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
